Your Senior Leadership Team 

Our Senior Leadership Team works collaboratively to provide strategic direction, maintain high standards and ensure that every pupil has the opportunity to flourish within an inclusive, safe and ambitious school community.

Hannah Foster – Headteacher

Hannah leads the school’s strategic vision and overall development. She has responsibility for standards, inclusion, specialist SEND provision, staffing, finance and governance, ensuring that all pupils can thrive.

Chloe O’Connor – Deputy Headteacher

Chloe leads inclusion across the school, including SEND, disadvantaged pupils, pupils with English as an additional language and targeted social, emotional and mental health support. She is also the school’s Designated Safeguarding Lead.

Aimee Proffitt – Deputy Headteacher

Aimee leads curriculum development, teaching and learning, assessment, achievement and attendance. She also oversees enrichment opportunities and staff training and development.

Jake Philpott – Assistant Headteacher

Jake leads behaviour, pupil wellbeing and personal development. He also oversees English, phonics, reading, humanities, PE and PSHRE, alongside staff induction and professional development.

Sarah Moore – Business Manager

Sarah leads the school’s financial and operational management. Her responsibilities include finance, human resources, premises, health and safety, administration, technology, marketing and school visits.
